1. Aipixor Terms of Service

Welcome to Aipixor (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Aipixor.com and any related services or features (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Aipixor.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
2.1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your local law) to use Aipixor.
- If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use Aipixor under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2.2. Account Creation
- You may need to register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3. Account Termination or Suspension
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. We may also suspend or terminate inactive accounts after a prolonged period.
3. Use of the Service
3.1. Personal and Non-Commercial Use
- Aipixor is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree not to reproduce, sell, or exploit the Service or any of its parts (including images generated) for commercial purposes without express written consent from Aipixor.
3.2. Prohibited Conduct
- You agree not to use Aipixor to:
- Upload or generate any content that is offensive, illegal, or violates any third-party rights.
- Engage in harassing, fraudulent, or defamatory behavior.
- Distribute malware or other harmful software.
- Circumvent any technical measures or security features used by Aipixor.
3.3. Intellectual Property Rights
- All software, code, text, logos, and other materials within Aipixor are the property of Aipixor or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any Aipixor content without our prior written permission.
4. User-Generated Content (Including Uploaded Images)
4.1. Ownership
- You retain ownership of any images or content you upload, subject to the license granted to Aipixor as outlined below.
4.2. License to Aipixor
- By uploading or creating content through Aipixor, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, modify, and display your content solely to provide the Service (e.g., to generate AI-based transformations, host your gallery images, etc.).
4.3. Responsibility for User-Generated Content
- You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of the images or content you upload or generate on Aipixor. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to remove or disable access to any user content that violates these Terms.
5. Pixocoins and Payment
5.1. Pixocoins
- Aipixor uses a virtual currency called “Pixocoins.” You can earn or purchase Pixocoins to redeem for various features (e.g., photo generation, advanced style prompts).
5.2. Purchase and Refund Policy
- All purchases of Pixocoins, subscription plans, or one-time credits are final and non-refundable, subject to applicable laws.
- If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact [support@aipixor.com]. We will review the issue, but we do not guarantee refunds.
5.3. Account Balance
- Pixocoins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any balance of Pixocoins in your account is non-transferable and remains valid only while your Aipixor account is active.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
6.1. “As Is” Provision
- Aipixor is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or reliability of the Service, including the images generated.
6.2. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aipixor and its affiliates, officers, employees, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
- In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6.3. User Responsibility
- You acknowledge that any reliance on images generated by Aipixor is done at your own risk. Aipixor is not responsible for any consequences that result from the misuse or misinterpretation of generated images.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aipixor, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or privacy rights.
8. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Aipixor at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date and notify you if any significant changes are made. Continuing to use Aipixor after changes become effective indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1. Governing Law

- Severability: If any portion of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining sections remain in effect.
